What do I need to get started?
All you need to access i-bank@home is a computer with Internet access and secure browser.* No additional software is necessary.
* Technical Considerations:
- Computer: We recommend at least a 486 processor (Pentium preferred) or a Macintosh computer. A faster processor will give a better Internet Banking experience.
- Modem: A connection to the Internet that provides throughput of 28.8 Kbps (or higher) is sufficient.
- Internet Service Provider (i.e., R&B Internet, AOL, CompuServe)
- Browser: Browsers such as Netscape® Navigator version 4.05 or Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 4.0 or later are required in order to accommodate 128-bit encryption security requirements. In addition, Javascript and cookies must be enabled on the browser used.
How much does it cost?
Nothing! i-bank@home has no sign up fee and no monthly fee. i-bankwithBillPay Internet Bill Payment Service is also free*.
* Regular bank fees such as stop-payment fees and/or any non-sufficient fund (NSF) fees apply.
